En tant que Teamlead IT Service Management, vous êtes responsable de l’IT Service Management et vous dirigez les différents responsables des processus ITIL. Vous êtes également responsable de la gestion du budget et des contrats informatiques, participez aux marchés publics informatiques et assurez le suivi des différents fournisseurs et partenaires externes.
Vous gérez une division composée d'environ 10 collaborateurs. Vous soutenez, accompagnez et motivez votre équipe dans l'exécution de leur travail. Vous encouragez le développement personnel. Vous veillez à une formation permanente des compétences en vue du développement de l'expertise au sein de la division. Vous veillez à la garantie et au partage des connaissances ainsi qu'à une répartition équitable du travail.
Vous rapportez directement au directeur ICT et faites partie de l'ICT management où vous contribuez à orienter la stratégie de la direction ICT.
Vous vous concertez régulièrement avec les parties prenantes internes (PMO, service juridique, service comptabilité...) afin d'améliorer la collaboration.
Vous bâtissez de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs et partenaires externes et supervisez la qualité de leurs services.
Vous participez activement aux initiatives de synergie au sein de l'État fédéral dans vos domaines de compétence.
Titulaire d'un diplôme de master, de préférence dans le domaine de l'informatique ou de l'économie, vous disposez de minimum cinq années d'expérience dans une fonction dirigeante.
Vous avez de l’expérience dans un des domaines suivants : IT service management, people management, gestion budgétaire, gestion des achats et gestion des contrats.
Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et êtes orienté client et résultat.
Vous êtes méthodique, organisé et proactif. Vous savez fixer des priorités et garder une vue d'ensemble.
Vous possédez un sens aigu de la communication et influencez positivement la dynamique du service informatique.
Vous vous exprimez couramment en français et en néerlandais.
