Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Program Coordinator to join their Belgian team in Hasselt.

This hybrid role combines client communication, project coordination and related admin (quotations, invoicing), vendor communications, operational coordination and process improvement within a dynamic B2B direct marketing environment focused on print, fulfillment and logistics services.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who will support, coach and train you while giving you the opportunity to grow into a trusted client and operations professional. We are looking for someone with common sense, energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. Someone
who communicates openly and clearly, takes ownership, and challenges the status quo when a better solution exists.

What You Bring:
• Recent Professional Bachelor or Master's graduate
• Looking for a first professional role with growth opportunities
• Native in Dutch, fluent in French and English (verbal and in writing)
• Naturally proactive, eager to take ownership, and driven to deliver results without waiting to be
asked
• Strong pro-active communicator who enjoys working with both colleagues and clients
• Analytical mindset with an eye for detail
• Curious and solution-oriented
• Comfortable challenging existing processes and proposing improvements
• Able to combine structured thinking with practical execution
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed and take the extra mile to make it happen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
