In Belgium, our teams contribute to high-impact industrial projects for major Life Sciences players such as UCB, GSK, Novo Nordisk, Takeda and Baxter, addressing key challenges across CQV, Quality, and Engineering.
As part of our continued growth in Belgium, we are looking for CQV Engineers who want to bring their expertise to ambitious pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects, including new facilities, revamping, capacity expansion, new production equipment and optimization of existing installations.
Your role
As a CQV Engineer, you will work at the heart of our clients’ investment projects, contributing to the successful commissioning and qualification of pharmaceutical facilities, systems and equipment in compliance with GMP requirements.
Depending on your experience and area of expertise, you may be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing Commissioning & Qualification strategies;
- Preparing, reviewing and/or executing DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ activities;
- Coordinating commissioning and qualification activities throughout the different project phases;
- Reviewing qualification protocols, test results and raw data;
- Identifying, investigating and following up on deviations through to resolution;
- Preparing and/or approving qualification reports;
- Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
- Coordinating key stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Production, suppliers and contractors;
- Managing CQV activities in line with project milestones and timelines.
Your profile
- A scientific or technical degree: Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or equivalent;
- First successful experience or several years of experience in Commissioning, Qualification & Validation;
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry;
- Good understanding of GMP environments and requirements;
- Hands-on knowledge of all or part of the DQ / FAT / SAT / IQ / OQ / PQ lifecycle;
- Expertise in one or more pharmaceutical systems or equipment types;
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, suppliers and contractors;
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset;
- Good command of English and French.
