Digital Media Consultant (no freelance)

Semetis is growing, and so are the ambitions of our clients. We’re looking for an experienced Digital Media Consultant (NL - 2+ years of experience) to help us elevate our strategies, manage key accounts, and guide our clients through complex digital challenges.

The role

As a Digital Media Consultant, you will:

• Manage key client accounts: Build trusted relationships, lead client meetings, and act as the main point of contact — taking full ownership and enjoying the autonomy to make impactful decisions.
• Drive strategy and execution: Plan, launch, optimize and analyze multi-channel campaigns (SEA, Social, Programmatic, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and business impact, across a diversified portfolio of local clients in varied sectors where decision-making happens in Belgium.
• Oversee project management: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues: Support Digital Business Analysts in their learning path and share your expertise to help them grow.
• Leverage data-driven insights: Translate analytics into actionable recommendations, proactively identify opportunities, and stay ahead of digital trends.

You

• 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally in an agency environment.
• Proven expertise in multiple advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic DSPs, etc.).
• Account management experience: Skilled in managing client expectations and building long-term partnerships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (native or equivalent). English is a must; French is a plus.
• Curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to take ownership of projects.
