Practice Team Assistant

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Practice Team Assistant to join their Brussels office.
The Opportunity
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to professionals and support teams
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and attendee management
Arrange domestic and international travel, transportation, catering, and courier services
Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and related documentation
Assist with document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and correspondence
Support file management, document scanning, electronic filing, and record maintenance
Update and maintain contact databases and CRM records
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative initiatives as required
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative, secretarial, or team support role, ideally within a law firm
Fluent English plus French or Flemish (both advantageous)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Professional, proactive, and highly service-oriented
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
