**Initial onboarding period expected to be more office-based to ensure a successful integration.

Context:

The candidate will join the Global Omnichannel Field Enablement team to support key digital transformation and enablement initiatives across global markets. The primary focus will be the global rollout of eWizard, ensuring successful adoption through structured documentation, training assets, onboarding materials, communication plans, and rollout support. In parallel, the candidate will contribute to CRM readiness activities and support upcoming CRM migration and change management initiatives. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and rapidly bring structure to complex global projects within a short-term assignment.

Team info:

The team currently consists of four specialists and a manager. The team operates globally from Brussels and collaborates extensively with country stakeholders across multiple markets. The consultant will work closely with the team on a day-to-day basis and is expected to quickly integrate and contribute as an experienced team member.

• Day to day:Support the global rollout and adoption of eWizard across markets.
• Create and maintain rollout documentation, operating models, process documentation, presentations, and enablement materials.
• Prepare onboarding content, training materials, communication plans, short videos, FAQs, guidance documents, and best practices.
• Support training preparation and rollout activities.
• Contribute to Hypercare planning, issue tracking, escalation management, and post-rollout follow-up.
• Gather recurring questions, market feedback, dependencies, and process gaps and convert them into reusable assets.
• Support CRM readiness initiatives and future CRM migration activities.
• Help define communication, support, and readiness requirements for upcoming CRM-related changes.
• Develop reusable playbooks, templates, operating procedures, and process guidance.
• Improve operational documentation, support materials, and ticket-handling guidance.
• Capture insights from rollout activities and translate them into recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Engage with country stakeholders and local management to align on operating models and drive adoption.
• Support change management initiatives and operationalization of new ways of working.

• Requirements: Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in global rollouts, omnichannel environments, digital enablement, change management, and CRM ecosystems.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong omnichannel experience.
• Experience supporting digital tool rollout, adoption, onboarding, enablement, or change management initiatives.
• Experience working with CRM environments and related processes.
• Strong project management and delivery capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating documentation, training materials, operational procedures, and enablement assets.
• Experience working in global environments and interacting with multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of compliance requirements within pharmaceutical digital processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
