Senior Investor Relations Professional

A leading European investment platform is looking to appoint a senior Investor Relations professional to join its team in Brussels.

This is a senior, high-visibility position within the organisation, working closely with senior management and taking responsibility for maintaining and developing relationships with a sophisticated institutional investor base.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring strong and consistent engagement with investors and coordinating effectively across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Take senior ownership of relationships with institutional investors and other key stakeholders
• Serve as a senior point of contact for investors and manage ongoing engagement
• Coordinate investor communications, reporting and information requests
• Prepare and support investor meetings, presentations and updates
• Work closely with senior management and internal investment, finance and operational teams
• Ensure a consistently high level of investor service and communication
• Help further develop and professionalise the organisation's Investor Relations function
• Maintain a strong understanding of the investor base and individual investor requirements

Candidate profile

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within investment management, institutional investing, private markets, asset management, financial services or a related environment
• Proven experience managing relationships with sophisticated institutional xlxgzvr stakeholders
• Strong understanding of investment products, funds and institutional investment processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable operating at a senior level and engaging directly with senior executives and investors
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple internal functions
• Experience in a traditional Investor Relations role is not essential; strong institutional investment or allocator backgrounds will also be considered
