We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & Selection Administrator to support our recruitment team with a wide range of administrative and coordination activities. This role is critical in ensuring an efficient hiring process and delivering an excellent experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish internship and permanent vacancy postings within the recruitment system.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on the status of open vacancies.
• Monitor and manage the recruitment team mailbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
• Coordinate and administer candidate assessment and testing processes.
• Support the practical organisation and logistics of recruitment events and career days.
• Manage and coordinate the employee referral programme.
• Provide operational support for recruitment-related invoicing and administration.
• Assist recruiters with day-to-day administrative activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to improvement projects and initiatives.
• Ensure accurate data management and maintain up-to-date recruitment records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and accountable for delivering high-quality work.
• Flexible and adaptable with an agile approach to work.
• Strong team player with a solution-focused and innovative mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Experience within the energy, infrastructure, engineering, or technical sectors is advantageous.
• Fluent in both French and Dutch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working Arrangements:

• Full-time position.
• Hybrid working model with an average of 2 days per week on-site. xlxgzvr
