Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Engineer

• Autonomously deliver complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Sales(Customer Engagement) implementations.
• Serve as the technical reference within the squad guiding solution design and development.
• Develop high quality customizations using C# JavaScript/TypeScript Power Platform tools and Dataverse.
• Implement plugins custom workflow activities custom APIs PCF controls and client-side extensions.
• Design and build integration solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Azure Functions and messaging patterns.
• Analyze and resolve performance issues and platform bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews ensure adherence to enterprise coding standards and maintain technical documentation.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues in enterprise-scale environments.

Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support architects functional analysts and DevOps engineers during solution design and delivery.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline configuration and ALM best practices.
• Identify risks technical debt and propose mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior developers and support cross-team collaboration.
• Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies as part of the delivery team.

Technical Profile Requirements:

Dynamics 365 CE & Dataverse

1.1 Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales Customer Service or custom model-driven apps).

1.2 Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture:

• Entities relationships
• Business rules
• Security model
• Solution layering (managed/unmanaged)
• ALM best practices

2.1 Strong proficiency in:

• C# (.NET) for plugins and custom workflow activities
• JavaScript / TypeScript for client-side customization
• Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
• Power BI

3. Experience with:

• Plugin pipeline (sync/async)
• Web Resources
• PCF controls
• Custom APIs
• Ability to write clean testable maintainable code following enterprise standards

4. Integration & Architecture

4.1 Experience designing and implementing integrations using:

• REST/SOAP APIs
• Azure Functions
• Azure Service Bus / messaging patterns
• External corporate systems (ERP document management etc.)

4.2 Understanding of authentication models (OAuth Azure AD).

4.3 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) branching strategies and automated deployments.

& Quality:

• Skilled at identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Experience debugging complex issues in production.
• Understanding of scalability and platform limitations.
• Strong adherence to code review processes and technical documentation standards.

Methodology / Certification Requirements:

• 5 years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Sales.
• Strong background in enterprise-scale environments (large user base multi-team collaboration).
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments considered a strong advantage.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE Developer / Functional Consultant

Language Proficiencies:

• Fluent written and spoken communication in English.
• Additional languages are beneficial (depending on the team context).
