In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform within an organization and act as a bridge between technology and business processes, whilst communicating and implementing the vision and values.

An overview of the role:

• You are the first point of contact for the Application Support Team and the Business Process Owners for all matters related to Salesforce and Bullhorn.

• You are responsible for the day-to-day management of our Salesforce/Bullhorn environment. This means you are responsible for user support, data management, and monitoring the security requirements of our CISO.

• You collaborate with our Integration Architect to find efficient solutions to achieve integrations with our own applications and customer systems in a secure and stable environment.

• You translate business issues into solutions within the Salesforce/Bullhorn platform. • You automate repetitive tasks to maximize the burden on our consultants in the offices.

• You manage and configure operational dashboards to visualize relevant information and tasks.

• You implement the GDPR requirements of our Legal department to ensure personal data is safeguarded.

An overview of your profile:

• You are a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused team player.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are highly accurate and deliver high-quality work under increased pressure.
• At least 5 years of experience in application development, application support, scripting, and/or data analysis.
• You hold Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Developer, Service Cloud, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience with support and proven experience implementing and automating business processes within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch or French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Fluent in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Windows Office, and company-specific systems. xqknzec
