As a Business Consultant Contracting, you will combine business development, recruitment, and consultant care in a dynamic role where building long-term relationships is key. You'll work closely with clients and technology professionals, acting as both a trusted advisor and career partner.

Your Role

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for growing your client portfolio, matching ICT professionals with opportunities, and ensuring an outstanding experience for consultants throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ICT market.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate agreements, and manage accounts.
• Contribute to tender processes and service delivery operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor by sharing market insights and workforce trends.

Consultant Care

• Support consultants throughout their assignments and career development.
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings and performance discussions.
• Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Proactively manage consultant availability and future opportunities.

Operational & Financial Management

• Manage pricing and margin calculations in line with business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and report on commercial and recruitment activities.
• Ensure accurate administration related to contracts, timesheets, and invoicing.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve team goals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, sales, account management, or the ICT sector is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with strong proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of the third language is an advantage.
