Stroom zoekt een ervaren strategische HR Director ad interim voor een Gents productiebedrijf (300 medewerkers) dat recent werd overgenomen. Jouw missie: samen met de CEO twee culturen slim samenbrengen en een stevige professionaliseringsslag realiseren in processen, systemen en manier van werken.
De job
Je bent de drijvende kracht achter een end-to-end HR-transformatie: je tekent de roadmap, zet structuren neer en levert tastbare resultaten. Je stabiliseert en versnelt tegelijk: workforceplanning, performancemanagement, leiderschapsontwikkeling, comp & ben, learning en een moderne HR-operations backbone. Je bouwt vertrouwen met management, lijn en syndicale partners, en kantelt de cultuur richting transparantie, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking. Je stuurt een HR-team aan, brengt rust en ritme in de fabriek, en laat na 12 maanden een duurzaam, schaalbaar HR-huis achter.
