Notre client, un domaine historique de plusieurs hectares en Hainaut, se réinvente en destination durable alliant hébergement, restauration ultra-locale, événements (jusqu’à 500 personnes) et expériences immersives. Ouverture prévue en 2027.
Nous cherchons un Director of Operations pour construire de A à Z leur modèle opérationnel, former une équipe passionnée et garantir une expérience client inoubliable, en harmonie avec la nature et leur mission.

Expertise senior en hôtellerie (hôtels conceptuels, MICE, F&B complexes). Leadership naturel : Capacité à manager des équipes, allier stratégie et terrain. Sensibilité à leur mission : Intérêt pour l’agroécologie, l’alimentation durable et l’innovation. Langues : Français fluide (néerlandais/anglais un plus).
