Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Practice Team Assistant to join their Brussels office.

The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to a busy team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to professionals and support teams

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and attendee management

Arrange domestic and international travel, transportation, catering, and courier services

Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and related documentation

Assist with document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and correspondence

Support file management, document scanning, electronic filing, and record maintenance

Update and maintain contact databases and CRM records

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative initiatives as required

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience xlxgzvr in an administrative, secretarial, or team support role, ideally within a law firm

Fluent English plus French or Flemish (both advantageous)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Professional, proactive, and highly service-oriented

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
