Votre mission :


Au sein de notre agence de Charleroi dédiée aux métiers du tertiaire, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la construction de l’activité : recrutement (intérim & sélection/placements), développement commercial et excellence opérationnelle.


Vos responsabilités :


1) Recrutement (Intérim & Sélection)

  • Rédiger et diffuser des annonces attractives (jobboards & réseaux sociaux).
  • Sourcer, présélectionner, évaluer les candidats (compétences techniques & comportementales).
  • Mener les entretiens, réaliser les contrôles de références et accompagner les talents jusqu’au placement.
  • Constituer des viviers pour les fonctions tertiaires : administratif/office management, comptabilité & finance, RH/Payroll, achats & supply support, service client, commercial & marketing support, assistanat.


2) Développement commercial & relation clients

  • Identifier des opportunités, prospecter et contribuer à l’ouverture de nouveaux comptes.
  • Analyser les besoins, conseiller et proposer des solutions adaptées (intérim, sélection / CDI).
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales, organiser des visites clients et assurer un suivi de qualité.


3) Opérations & conformité (Belgique)

  • Assurer le suivi administratif et légal : contrats d’intérim, conventions & avenants, timesheets, éléments variables, facturation.
  • Veiller à la qualité de service, à la sécurité et à la satisfaction des clients comme des intérimaires.
  • Tenir un reporting régulier et proposer des actions d’amélioration si nécessaire.


4) Vie d’agence & collaboration

  • Participer aux réunions hebdo et partager vos indicateurs & bonnes pratiques.
  • Contribuer à l’image de l’agence via les réseaux, salons, clubs business/afterworks


Profil recherché :

  • Min. 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement (idéalement en intérim et/ou en cabinet) sur des fonctions tertiaires.
  • À l’aise avec les jobboards, les réseaux sociaux, ATS/CRM, et le recrutement 360.
  • Sens du service client, de la priorisation et de la tenue des délais ; capable de gérer plusieurs missions simultanément.
  • Excellent relationnel, curiosité, esprit d’initiative et culture du résultat.
  • Français courant (oral/écrit) ;
  • Permis B requis (déplacements clients).
