Head of Sales – B2B SaaS


EEVEE Mobility is looking for a driven, hands-on Head of Sales.


At EEVEE Mobility, our mission is to make the charging costs of electric company car fleets simple to understand, manage and reduce, based on official vehicle data. As Head of Sales, you carry full end-to-end responsibility for our commercial engine (Sales & Marketing). You further build out our commercial organisation, lead the team and play an active role in our international growth.


What does the job involve?

As Head of Sales, you will be a hands-on commercial leader. You think strategically for the long term, but are just as willing to roll up your sleeves yourself.

  • You are responsible for daily/weekly performance management, coaching and enablement of the sales team.
  • You set up a powerful outbound motion and work closely with marketing to ensure constant inbound lead generation.
  • You carry your own sales target, build pipeline and close strategic deals and indirect sales/partnership opportunities.
  • You further build out the sales team in Belgium and, over time, assemble international teams (with a willingness to travel regularly).
  • You hold end responsibility for the marketing process.


Requirements

What skills and experience do you need?

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, leasing, OEM, fleet management or at a mobility provider.
  • Demonstrable sales management experience and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding a growing sales target.
  • A strong existing network within Fleet, Mobility and/or EV Charging.
  • You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic scale-up environment where autonomy, ownership and decisiveness are key.
  • Excellent professional command of Dutch and English.
  • Additional assets you can bring:
  • Good knowledge of French and/or German.
  • Initial experience in setting up and managing indirect sales and partnerships.
  • Experience building out a commercial organisation in Europe (including Germany and France).
