Alpha Networks, one of the leading providers in hybrid TV back-ends & smart video platforms, offers its customers the right products and services to enhance and implement their content strategy.

Its innovative, reliable and technically advanced back-end smart TV platform, combined with our Gecko Studio applications, provides a simple and efficient way to distribute pay-TV content via any type of network on any type of device.

Headquartered in Belgium, Alpha Networks is internationally recognized by network and mobile operators as well as content owners and broadcasters all over the world : Orange, Vodafone, Blackpills, TeleCentro, SFR, Bouygues, Canal+, ...

To help reach its objectives, Alpha Networks is looking for a new Software Project Manager to manage projects locally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Coordinate and supervise each stage of the project.
  • Ensure that all milestones are delivered on time.
  • Configure the platform according to the customer’s needs.
  • Perform end2end tests to make sure the project meets the quality for delivery.
  • Deliver completed software products to clients, according to the scope.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Manage 3rd party integrations with the product.
  • Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Perform training to clients. Software Project Manager


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in software project management.
  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Good leadership and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong assertivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French and Spanish is a plus.
  • Passionate about video market.
  • Ability to work on any project of the company (including those with sensitive content).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Notions of Jira, Confluence, Git, Intellij, openLens


Annual Gross Salary: €60,000 + car
