HR & Talent Acquisition Intern – January 2027

Looking for a hands-on HR internship where you can discover recruitment from the inside?

Starting January 2027, DynaFin Consulting is looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to strengthen our HR team in Brussels for 3 months.

You’ll gain real recruitment experience, from finding candidates to following applications and supporting our employer branding activities.

DynaFin is a consulting firm specialized in Financial Services. Since 2010, we have supported financial institutions in designing and delivering transformation projects.

With around 100 consultants and 80+ financial institutions across the Benelux, we combine strong market expertise with a human-sized environment where consultants stay close to their managers and peers. Since 2017, DynaFin has been part of the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem.

Your Impact

You’ll work closely with our recruitment team and progressively contribute to:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Screen CVs and applications
• Conduct first screening calls with candidates
• Publish and follow up on job advertisements
• Support LinkedIn recruitment campaigns and create posts
• Update candidate information and maintain accurate recruitment data
• Follow candidate pipelines and recruitment activities
• Support the team with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities

What you bring

• Currently studying Human Resources, Communication, Office Management or a related field
• A genuine interest in recruitment, people and communication
• Comfortable connecting with people by phone and through LinkedIn
• Organized, proactive and attentive to detail
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other national language
• Previous recruitment experience is not required. We’re looking for someone motivated to learn, take initiative and grow throughout the internship.
