What will you do as a Sales Consultant?

As a Sales Consultant at Specter, you will take ownership of the entire commercial process within your IT specialization, such as software, data, infrastructure, ERP, etc. You will:

  • Understand your clients’ challenges and identify their IT staffing needs
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals
  • Build a strong network of specialized IT consultants
  • Match the right consultants with the right client projects
  • Manage the process from the first conversation to the start of a successful collaboration
  • Create and execute your own commercial strategy
  • Take full ownership of your market, results, and professional growth

What are we looking for in you?

  • You speak fluent English at C1 level or higher
  • You are commercially minded, ambitious, and driven
  • You are curious about people, business, technology, and the power of strong networks
  • You take initiative and enjoy being responsible for your own results
  • You feel at home in an entrepreneurial environment built around freedom and ownership
  • Preferably, you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree—but motivation, sharpness, and energy matter more than the right diploma
  • Initial experience in sales or recruitment is a plus, but not required
