24Flow is a fast-growing, investor-backed software company transforming how make-to-order and engineer-to-order manufacturers plan and execute operations. Our modular platform, built on Salesforce, helps high-mix, low-volume production companies streamline short-term scheduling, reduce work-in-progress, and empower operators with digital support.

We're looking for a hands-on medior digital marketeer who takes real ownership of our digital channels. Your mission: increase the volume of qualified inbound leads, and you own the numbers that prove it.

Your Role

You independently run our digital marketing engine. You don't wait for instructions: you monitor, spot what's broken or underperforming, fix it, and report on it. You work to a process, follow through on actions, and know our product and customers well enough to market them credibly.

You will

• Website, YouTube, SEO & GEO Management: Maintain and optimize our websites and YouTube presence, identify and monitor keywords, fix technical issues, and ensure content stays current
• Marketing Automation: Set up and manage outbound email campaigns using marketing automation tools
• Lead Nurturing: Execute newsletter campaigns and regular email communications to customers and partners
• Social Media Execution: Manage our LinkedIn presence, create posts, and explore LinkedIn or alternative advertising opportunities
• Performance Tracking: Own website traffic, lead conversion, and key metrics across our marketing stack. You notice trends and act before anyone has to ask
• Digital Tool Testing: Research, test, and implement new marketing tools, with a strong drive towards automation
• AppExchange Optimization: Improve our presence and lead generation on Salesforce AppExchange (Salesforce's B2B app store)
• Event Marketing Support: Support trade shows, webinars, and industry events with existing marketing materials, and take on part of the admin work every event brings
• Partner Marketing: Coordinate marketing activities with partners, including updates and joint communications

You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of SEO & GEO, Google Analytics, Semrush, WordPress, RankMath or similar, or proven digital proficiency to get up to speed very fast
• Experience managing a LinkedIn company presence
• B2B marketing experience, preferably in a high-tech software company
• Analytical mindset: you track, report, analyze, and improve on performance metrics
• A passion for experimenting with new marketing and AI tools. Claude and NotebookLM are your best friends
• A strong drive to understand our business, our customers' world, and the true value our product brings
• Fluent in English & Dutch

• Primary KPI: Increase in qualified inbound leads month-over-month
• Supporting Metrics: Website visitor growth, AppExchange lead generation, LinkedIn follower and engagement growth, email campaign performance and deliverability, marketing automation campaign effectiveness
