Lead Financial Excellence Across Belgium & Luxembourg

ManpowerGroup Belgium & Luxembourg is looking for a Head of Financial Controlling BeLux to lead financial reporting, governance, compliance and accounting activities across Belgium and Luxembourg. This is a senior leadership role within the European Finance organization, reporting to the Director Financial Controlling Europe .

You will lead a team of three Financial Controllers and act as the key finance expert for financial reporting, statutory accounting, controls, audits and compliance within an international matrix organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead all financial controlling and accounting activities for Belgium and Luxembourg
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and compliance requirements
• Maintain a strong internal control and SOX environment
• Partner with regional finance, tax, treasury and shared service teams
• Drive process improvements, standardization and finance transformation initiatives
• Lead and develop a team of Financial Controllers

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Audit or Controllership
• Proven leadership experience in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory accounting, audits and internal controls
• Experience working in a multinational matrix organization
• Big 4 experience is considered a strong advantage

Languages

• French: required
• English: required
• Dutch is a strong plus

Location

• Based in or between Brussels and Luxembourg
• Primary office location: Machelen
• Regular travel to Luxembourg
• Hybrid working model with approximately two days working from home
