Als Financieel en administratief medewerker in Elsene ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de vlotte dagelijkse werking van dit architectenbureau. Je bent assistent van de CEO en staat in voor volgend takenpakket:
Dagelijkse werking van het kantoor:
➔ Agendabeheer, beheren van mailverkeer en telefonie
➔ Reisplanning: hotelreservaties/ticket aankopen/vervoer regelen
➔ Opstelling kostenafrekeningen en verzamelstaten
➔ Onthaal: telefonisch en fysiek
➔ Beheer en aankoop kantoormateriaal
➔ Beheer en aankoop keuken- en sanitaire benodigdheden
➔ Beheer leveranciers en aankoopdocumenten
➔ Beheer onkosten en tijdsregistratie medewerkers
Boekhoudkundige & administratieve ondersteuning:
➔ Facturatie & opvolging (Excel)
➔ BTW berekeningen
➔ Beheer van creditcarduitgaven van de directie
➔ Boekhoudkundige voorbereidingen (rechtstreeks contact met de externe boekhouder)
➔ Lay-out van documenten bewerken
