Dans le cadre du développement des compétences linguistiques des collaborateurs, il est recherché un prestataire capable d’organiser et de dispenser des formations en langues en groupe en français, néerlandais et anglais.
Les formations sont prévues selon deux formats possibles :
La prestation peut inclure une méthodologie de formation à distance via MS Teams ainsi qu’une solution d’e-learning adaptée au parcours de formation.
Les nouvelles formations doivent pouvoir être mises en place dans un délai maximum de 6 semaines. Pour chaque groupe, le même formateur doit être assuré pendant toute la durée du trajet de formation. Une capacité suffisante en nombre de formateurs est également attendue afin de couvrir le volume hebdomadaire demandé.
