The family company Stadsbader was founded in 1946 in Harelbeke. In the meanwhile, the company is directed by third generation Dominique Valcke.

The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position.

Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries.

  • Gedurende je eerste maanden word je ondergedompeld in de verschillende (technische) afdelingen binnen STADSBADER CONTRACTORS.
  • Zo doe je ervaring op in verschillende bouwkundige expertises zoals Tender, Aankoop, Topografie, BIM, Planning & Methode en uiteraard verschillende functies op de werf.
  • Je wordt intens begeleid door een traineecoach, mag verschillende opleidingen volgen, leert de andere trainees snel kennen door het gezamelijke traineeship met bijhorende activiteiten en breidt in sneltempo jouw intern netwerk uit. Op die manier stomen we je klaar om met de beste voorbereiding aan je functie op de werf, of op een ondersteunende dienst, te beginnen.

  • Je zal binnenkort je Professionele Bachelor Bouw of Master Industrieel Ingenieur of Burgerlijk Ingenieur (richting bouwkunde) behalen.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt de juiste motivatie om bij ons aan de slag te gaan.
  • Daarnaast heb je ook een kritische blik en durf je jouw visie te verdedigen.
