Examinations Coordinator

Robert Half is looking for an Examinations Coordinator (m/v/x) with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Our client is a European organisation active in the medical sector, based in the heart of Brussels.

To strengthen their Examinations Team, they are currently looking for an Examinations Coordinator.

The Role

As Examinations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of international medical examinations and educational activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and ensuring the smooth delivery of international examinations, both online and face-to-face;
• Managing the organisational, administrative and logistical aspects of examination sessions;
• Supporting the planning and follow-up of a scientific educational course, including registrations, faculty coordination, logistics, communication, delivery and post-event evaluation;
• Acting as a point of contact for candidates, suppliers, national professional associations, accrediting bodies and volunteers;
• Working closely with internal stakeholders including Registration, IT, Finance, Education and Communication teams;
• Attending committee meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on decisions and policies;
• Maintaining examination data and documentation;
• Drafting reports and updating internal procedures and policies;
• Supporting the promotion of courses and examinations;
• Reporting directly to the Examinations Manager.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate has a strong coordination background and enjoys working in an international, structured and education-driven environment.

You ideally bring:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, event coordination, examination management or programme administration;
• A strong interest in education and training;
• Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail;
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
• A proactive, flexible and accountable approach to work;
• Respect for procedures, regulations and confidentiality;
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills;
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent written and spoken English; any other European language is a strong asset;
• Good command of Microsoft Office;
• An active belgian work permit is mandatory.

You are also willing to:

• Travel by plane approximately 7 to 8 times per year;
• Support educational activities taking place during weekends, approximately 9 to 10 weekends per year.
