  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle du payroll de A à Z en collaboration avec le secrétariat social
  • Garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et l'exactitude des données salariales et administratives
  • Contrôler, analyser et valider les calculs de paie réalisés par le secrétariat social afin d'en garantir la conformité avec la législation sociale belge et les règles internes
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des collaborateurs tout au long de leur parcours au sein de l'organisation
  • Gérer les avantages extra-légaux et assurer le suivi des différents fournisseurs (assurances, mobilité, etc.)
  • Maintenir à jour les informations relatives aux avantages du personnel et veiller à leur correcte prise en compte en paie
  • Accompagner les collaborateurs sur les questions relatives à la paie, aux avantages sociaux et à l'administration RH
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus liés au payroll, aux avantages sociaux et à l'administration du personnel
  • Participer à des analyses salariales et benchmarks de marché afin de soutenir l'équité interne et la compétitivité des packages de rémunération
  • Contribuer à des projets d'implémentation, développement et optimisation liés à la rémunération, aux avantages extra-légaux et à l'évolution de la politique salariale

  • Vous disposez d'un graduat ou master dans un domaine pertinent ou équivalent par expérience
  • Vous témoignez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en payroll et administration du personnel
  • Bonne maîtrise de la législation sociale belge
  • Expérience de collaboration avec un secrétariat social
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Une bonne connaissance du néerlandais constitue un atout
  • Capacité à analyser et valider les outputs payroll afin d'en garantir l'exactitude et la conformité
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et aisance dans l'analyse de données
  • Rigueur, sens du détail, discrétion et forte orientation service

  • CDI avec un salaire brut mensuel compris entre 3.900 € à 4.400 €
  • Package comprenant chèques-repas, assurance groupe, assurance hospitalisation, frais nets, bonus CCT90.
  • 1 jour de télétravail par semaine
