As Product Manager, you will shape the future of our veneer portfolio — identifying opportunities, defining product strategies, leading innovation projects and bringing new solutions from concept to industrial launch.
This is not a purely commercial or marketing product role.

You will work at the intersection of customers, product development, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and marketing — and take ownership from product opportunity through industrialisation and market launch.
At Decospan, wood is more than a material. It carries character, history and potential. For more than 45 years, we have been transforming natural wood into innovative veneer solutions used by architects and designers around the world.

Your mission
You will see your ideas become real products.

From identifying a market opportunity, to defining the product concept, working with R&D and operations, industrialising the solution and seeing it used by architects and designers around the world.

What you will do
• Define and implement the long-term product strategy for our veneer portfolio
• Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product visions and roadmaps
• Lead innovation projects from concept to industrialization and global launch
• Work closely with R&D, purchasing, operations, sales and marketing
• Drive strategic initiatives such as digital product management and value-based pricing
• Build product knowledge internally through training, workshops and communication
• Contribute to strengthening our product management culture

Your profile
You enjoy working at the intersection of

market, technology and manufacturing . You can understand what customers need, challenge existing solutions and translate opportunities into products that can actually be produced and scaled.
You don't need to be a wood expert today. What matters is your ability to understand technical products, markets and customers — and your curiosity to learn the world of wood.
