Customer Relationship Manager

We currently have a vacancy for aCustomer relationship managerfluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based inBrusselsBelgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
• Identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems;
• Create and maintain documentation of business requirements and solutions using appropriate documentation standards;
• Provide input for the software development process;
• Modelling business processes;
• Requirements/needs management and tracking;
• Risk analysis.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 8 years;
• Excellent experience with managing stakeholders in large project;
• Experience in negotiation with actors from the business and IT community;
• Experience with business administration or public relations studies/domain customer relation and stakeholder management;
• Experience with preparation materials for meetings with committees/clients ;
• Experience with meeting facilitation and communication handling;
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
• Excellent command of the English language.
