Are you a structured detail-oriented professional passionate about building document management systems from the ground up Were looking for a Document Management Governance Specialist to develop harmonize and lead the adoption of a robust document management governance system!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure a harmonized document management governance system
Establish and maintain standards and procedures for metadata localisation version control & retention
Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to ensure system compatibility data migration data integrity process efficiency & information security
Train and support users in document management & archiving best practices promoting adoption and correct usage
Monitor compliance with document management policies and intervene when required
Analyse existing processes design new processes identify improvement opportunities & lead initiatives to optimise document handling and information management

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Management Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience setting up or harmonizing a document management governance system in a business or technical environment
Experience with digitalisation initiatives and change management
Strong organisational and analytical skills able to implement structured document control procedures from scratch
High level of stakeholder management and effective communication skills
French or Dutch native speaker with good knowledge of the other national language and English
