The company is growing rapidly and is looking for a highly organised, customer-focused professional to join its Brussels team.

About the Role

As a Customer Operations Executive, you’ll be a key point of contact throughout the customer journey, from initial enquiries through to installation and ongoing support.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, operations, problem-solving and coordination. You’ll work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to resolve issues, keep processes moving and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You don’t need to come from the EV or cleantech industry. We’re primarily looking for someone with strong customer service or operational experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key customer contact, providing a high level of service throughout their journey
• Handle queries, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to find solutions
• Manage customer processes from initial request through to completion
• Coordinate with external partners and service providers
• Monitor progress, follow up on outstanding issues and keep customers informed
• Support sales with lead management and CRM updates
• Help identify recurring issues and improve customer processes
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations and technical teams

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent French and Dutch, with professional English
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, customer operations, account support, sales support or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution
• Experience with CRM or customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce or similar
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
• EV, cleantech or technical product experience is advantageous but not essential

Work Environment

Based in the Brussels office three days per week, working within a collaborative and fast-moving international team.

Over de functie

Als Customer Operations Executive ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt gedurende de volledige klantreis, van de eerste aanvraag tot installatie en verdere ondersteuning.

Dit is een veelzijdige, hands-on functie waarin je klantenservice, operations, probleemoplossing en coördinatie combineert. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, partners en interne teams om problemen op te lossen, processen soepel te laten verlopen en een uitstekende klantervaring te bieden.

Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben binnen EV of cleantech. We zijn vooral op zoek naar iemand met sterke ervaring in klantenservice of operations, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en een hoog niveau van service bieden gedurende de volledige klantreis
• Klantvragen behandelen, problemen analyseren en samenwerken met interne teams om oplossingen te vinden
• Klantprocessen beheren van de eerste aanvraag tot en met de afronding
• Coördineren met externe partners en serviceproviders
• De voortgang bewaken, openstaande zaken opvolgen en klanten op de hoogte houden
• Het salesteam ondersteunen bij leadmanagement en CRM-updates
• Terugkerende klantproblemen identificeren en helpen bij het verbeteren van processen
• Samenwerken met sales-, operations- en technische teams

Wat we zoeken

• Vloeiend Frans en Nederlands, met professionele kennis van het Engels
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in klantenservice, customer operations, account support, sales support of een vergelijkbare functie
• Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
• Een sterke klantgerichte instelling en goed probleemoplossend vermogen
• Goed georganiseerd, proactief en in staat om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren
• Het vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en problemen van begin tot eind op te lossen
• Ervaring met CRM- of klantenserviceplatforms zoals Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce of vergelijkbare systemen
• Comfortabel in een snelle, groeiende werkomgeving
• Ervaring in EV, cleantech of met technische producten is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste

Werkomgeving

Je werkt drie dagen per week vanuit het kantoor in Brussel, binnen een internationale, samenwerkende en snelgroeiende omgeving.
