Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to develop and support a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with business objectives.

The role will involve working with stakeholders to define data products, establish a supporting data architecture, develop data governance policies, and ensure successful adoption of the strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop data products.
• Design a data architecture that supports self-service capabilities.
• Establish and implement data governance policies and practices.
• Develop a training plan to support the successful rollout and adoption of the data strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholders and project activities throughout the implementation.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of data management principles.
• Experience with data architecture and modelling.
• Experience with metadata management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with data governance tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
