Corporate Legal Officer (m/f)

For its Brussels based office, our client, an international Financial Services structure, is currently looking for a: Corporate Legal Officer (m/f) You will work in a dynamic, cross-border environment where you contribute to a wide range of corporate governance and entity management matters. The role combines individual responsibility with close collaboration within a supportive and professional team. Responsibilities (but not limited to): • Analyzing and interpreting legal, regulatory, and fiscal documentation related to corporate and private client structures • Supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of corporate and private legal structures and solutions • Contributing as a key member of the team, strengthening the company's reputation as a trusted provider of corporate services • Managing relationships with clients and prospects in Belgium and internationally, and coordinating with professional intermediaries such as lawyers, notaries, and banks • Advising on the setup, optimization, and maintenance of legal structures in line with applicable regulations and business objectives Profile • 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate governance, company secretarial services, legal support, corporate services, fiduciary services, financial services, tax advisory, or a similar environment • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Taxation, or a related field • Experience with Belgian corporate law, governance requirements, and legal entity management is considered a strong asset • Familiarity with board support, statutory filings, corporate housekeeping, and regulatory compliance processes is highly valued • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French is required • Strong interest in legal and corporate structures • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work • Well...
