ROLE AS AN F&B SUPERVISOR INTERN
During your internship, you will support the F&B Manager and the Food & Beverage team in coordinating the daily operations of our restaurants, bar, and banqueting facilities. You will gain hands-on experience in leading a team, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. As a visible and approachable point of contact for both guests and colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable practical skills within a luxury and inspiring hospitality environment.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Supporting the daily supervision and coordination of the F&B team
Assisting in the coordination of service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding proactively to special requests
Supporting the training, coaching, and development of team members
Assisting with staff scheduling and workforce planning
Actively contributing to a well-organized, welcoming, and efficient working environment.
WHAT YOU BRING
Flexible and willing to work weekends and public, holidays as a hotel we operate 24/7
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities
Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
A service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for quality and detail
The ability to remain calm under pressure and adopt a proactive, solution-driven approach.
