Junior IT Support Specialist (M/F/X)

Experience is not the most important factor for us. We are primarily looking for a junior candidate with a solid technical foundation, a hands-on mentality and a strong willingness to learn.


What will you do?

As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our colleagues’ day-to-day IT questions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting colleagues with a wide range of IT questions, from simple technical issues to problems requiring more in-depth investigation.
  • Installing and configuring laptops, computers and workstations.
  • Ensuring that devices and software function correctly and remain up to date.
  • Managing user accounts and access rights.
  • Accurately registering and following up on support tickets.
  • Identifying sustainable solutions to recurring problems.
  • Supporting employees when new software is introduced and explaining technical matters clearly and simply.
  • Providing basic support for HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot CRM, including adding users, managing access rights, supporting simple workflows and creating reports.
  • Actively contributing ideas to make our internal IT processes smarter and more efficient.


Who are you?

  • You recently completed an IT-related course or degree, or developed a solid technical foundation through your own experience and interest.
  • You are comfortable working with Windows and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with HubSpot is an advantage, but not a requirement. With a good IT foundation, you will be able to quickly learn the necessary HubSpot support tasks.
  • You are helpful, patient and service-oriented.
  • You remain calm when a problem is urgent or unexpected.
  • You can explain technical information in a simple and understandable way.
  • You work accurately, independently and proactively to find solutions.
  • You are eager to learn and enjoy taking initiative.
  • You have strong written and spoken Dutch skills. Knowledge of French is an advantage.

No years of experience yet? No problem. Your motivation, technical foundation and willingness to learn are what matter most to us.
