Type de contrat :Permanent ContractDeputy Head of Unit - ReportingModified on 11/06/2026Lieu : Brussels - BelgiumSecteur : OperationsNuméro de l'offre : Job descriptionAs a deputy, you will be part of a team that supports in fulfilling the mandatory reporting obligations under the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products regulations (PRIIPs) and you will:

Main responsabilities :

• Work as part of, and where appropriate lead, a multidisciplinary team supporting clients with the preparation of regulatory disclosures under European and local sustainability and investor protection regulations (e.g. EU SFDR, PRIIPs, UK TCFD).
• Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory required documents and reporting packages, such as disclosures under SFDR and PRIIPs (e.g. SIDs, KIDs), including the underlying quantitative calculations and qualitative descriptions.
• Act as a point of contact for our internationally based clients and their relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Monitor and stay up to date with relevant local and European regulatory updates (Taxonomy Regulation, SFDR, PRIIPs RTS and Q&A, TCFD, CSRD, etc.) and assess their impact on clients’ reporting obligations.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of methodologies, tools and processes used for regulatory reporting assignments.
• Continuously learn, share knowledge with team members and contribute to enhancing overall client service delivery.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, presentations and, where relevant, business development initiatives related to regulatory reporting services.

Training / SpecializationYou hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; a specialization in sustainability- or insurance-related matters is considered an asset.You have up to 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in regulatory reporting, sustainability, insurance or financial services within an international consulting firm or a comparable role in a financial institution.Minimum experience level0-2 years

• You have knowledge of global sustainability initiatives and frameworks and/or the insurance and investment products industry (e.g. Taxonomy Regulation, SFDR, PRIIPs regulation and related RTS, …).
• You are a real team player who can build relationships at all levels.
• You are highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, and able to adapt in a fast-changing regulatory environment.
• Your curiosity and open-minded attitude help you quickly absorb new topics and add substance to your well-rounded profile.
• You possess analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills;
• You are able to work well under pressure in a demanding environment and manage multiple deadlines.
