Senior AI & Data Strategy Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant to support the implementation and use of AI solutions for optimizing industrial wastewater treatment processes. The assignment covers AI strategy, predictive modelling, data preparation, training, coaching, and hands‑on consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, predictive models, and neural networks.
• Identify and evaluate the most suitable AI solutions from both technical and economic perspectives.
• Define implementation plans, budgets, resources, and delivery approaches.
• Advise on the preparation, structuring, quality, and use of industrial data.
• Provide training and coaching on AI tools and predictive modelling.
• Support the definition of business requirements and specifications for AI solutions.
• Analyse and validate AI model results, including their limitations and uncertainties.
• Improve model performance through data, parameter, and methodology optimisation.
• Provide hands‑on consulting for use cases such as process optimisation, energy efficiency, fault prediction, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Senior experience in AI consulting, AI strategy, or AI implementation .
• Expert knowledge of predictive models and artificial intelligence .
• Proven experience implementing predictive AI solutions in an industrial/production environment .
• Strong knowledge of industrial data preparation and data quality .
• Experience with AI business and functional analysis.
• Strong understanding of AI-supported decision-making in industrial environments.
• Excellent analytical, advisory, and communication skills.
• French: Full professional proficiency.

Assignment

• Location: Brussels
• Working arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days/week on‑site
• Phase 1: AI assessment and strategic report
• Phase 2: Training and coaching, subject to continuation
• Phase 3: General AI consulting for practical industrial use cases
