Service Manager – JustCase | Brussels | Hybrid We are looking for a Service Manager to take responsibility for the operational management of services within a large-scale case management environment. You will ensure service quality, continuity and continuous improvement while coordinating closely with business stakeholders, ICT teams and external suppliers. The Role As Service Manager, you will: Manage the daily operations of application services, including support and service desk activities Implement and coordinate ITIL processes , including Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management Coordinate L1 / L2 / L3 support activities Monitor, prioritize and follow up on incidents, bugs and service requests Coordinate changes and controlled releases Define and monitor SLA and KPI performance Produce regular service management reports Act as the operational point of contact between business, ICT teams and suppliers Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of services and processes Maintain operational documentation, procedures, workflows and runbooks Work effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder IT environment Profile We are looking for someone with: 1–4 years of experience in IT support, ICT or service management Basic knowledge of ITIL principles and service management processes Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities A structured, proactive and autonomous working style The ability to work effectively with multiple technical and business stakeholders Nice to Have ITIL certification or equivalent Experience within the public sector Experience in a judicial/legal environment Experience coordinating service desk or application support teams Familiarity with SLA/KPI monitoring and service reporting Practical Information Location: Brussels, Belgium Working arrangement: Hybrid Duration: 12 months Start: As soon as possible Workload: Full-time Rate: €500–€800/day If you're an IT Service Manager with experience in ITIL, incident management, service delivery and stakeholder coordination , we'd be interested in hearing from you.
