Head of Product

About the Role

Head of Product. We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead a major digital personalisation and orchestration capability within a large, international consumer organisation. This is a senior Product leadership role focused on creating smarter, more personalised customer experiences across multiple channels, using customer data, real-time behaviour, decisioning and AI to determine the right experience or action for each customer. You’ll lead a team of Product Managers, owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap while working closely with Technology, Data, Design, CRM, Marketing and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for personalisation and cross-channel orchestration
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers
• Drive next-best-action decisioning across web, app, CRM and other customer touchpoints
• Use customer data and real-time behavioural signals to create more relevant, personalised customer journeys
• Develop personalisation and recommendation capabilities at scale
• Work closely with Data, AI and Technology teams on AI-driven decisioning and emerging agentic AI capabilities
• Lead product discovery, experimentation and A/B testing
• Work with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and functions
• Establish KPIs and use performance data to continually improve the product roadmap
• Ensure personalisation and AI capabilities meet GDPR, privacy and responsible AI requirements

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years' Product Management experience, ideally within digital, e-commerce, retail, travel or another large consumer environment
• 3–4+ years leading Product teams and managing multiple Product Managers

Required Skills

• Strong experience with personalisation, customer journey orchestration and/or next-best-action decisioning
• Experience delivering personalised customer experiences across multiple digital channels
• Understanding of Customer 360/CDPs, customer data and real-time decisioning
• Exposure to recommendation engines, machine learning or AI-driven personalisation
• Strong product strategy, roadmap and senior stakeholder management experience
• Comfortable working across Product, Technology, Data, Design, CRM and Commercial teams
• Experience within a large, international or multi-market organisation would be beneficial
