About our role

As an E-commerce & Digital Content Coordinator, you'll play a key role in optimizing the online customer experience of a fast-growing retail company. You'll ensure that digital content is accurate, engaging and commercially effective across the webshop, social media and email channels. Working closely with product marketing, CRM and design teams, you'll help drive online growth through content optimization, data insights and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing

• Manage and optimize the content of the webshop, including the homepage, category pages, landing pages, blog articles and promotional pages.
• Ensure products are published accurately and on time, including pricing, promotions and commercial product content.
• Coordinate and publish content across social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Create newsletters and email campaigns together with the CRM Lead, based on content and visuals provided by internal stakeholders.
• Analyze e-commerce performance using GA4 and other reporting tools, translating insights into recommendations for content and merchandising improvements.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from product marketing, CRM, design and content to deliver engaging digital experiences.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of SEO, GEO and online visibility by testing new approaches and following digital trends.

What you bring

• Native or near-native (C2) proficiency in Dutch + good level of English
• Experience in e-commerce, digital content management or online merchandising.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and e-commerce environments; experience with headless CMS solutions is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and commercial mindset.
• Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Affinity with SEO, GEO and digital content optimization.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for digital innovation and a genuine interest in e-commerce and online customer experience.
