🚀 Opportunité de Mission | Project Manager CAPEX Senior (H/F/X) – Secteur Pharmaceutique 🧪🏭

À la recherche d’un nouveau challenge en gestion de projets industriels au sein d'un environnement régulé (GMP) ?

Pour l’un de nos clients majeurs de l'industrie pharmaceutique situé dans le Brabant Wallon, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Chef de Projet CAPEX Généraliste (Senior) pour une mission de consultance de 12 mois (renouvelable).


🎯 Votre rôle :

Vous piloterez des projets d'investissement (CAPEX) de A à Z avec la flexibilité d'intervenir aussi bien en mode Définition (front-end) qu'en mode Exécution (delivery) selon les besoins du portefeuille :

  • Cadrage & Gouvernance : Définition des besoins (URS), élaboration des Business Cases, analyse d'impact GMP/EHS et présentation aux comités CAPEX.
  • Exécution & Suivi : Pilotage du planning, maîtrise du budget, suivi des chantiers et gestion des changements.
  • Interface & Partenaires : Coordination transversale des équipes internes (Ops, Qualité, CQV, EHS) et pilotage des bureaux d'études & sous-traitants.
  • Mise en service : Alignement avec les stratégies CQV/Validation et transfert vers les équipes opérationnelles.


📋 Le profil recherché :

  • 🔹 Expérience : 7 à 10 ans+ en gestion de projets CAPEX en environnement industriel régulé (Pharma / GMP).
  • 🔹 Savoir-faire : Solide maîtrise de la construction de Business Cases, de la gouvernance budgétaire et de la coordination d'entreprises extérieures / bureaux d'études.
  • 🔹 Soft skills : Polyvalence, rigueur (Right First Time), excellente communication et leadership transversal.
  • 🔹 Langues : Français courant & Anglais professionnel.


📍 Modalités :

  • 📅 Début : Dès que possible (ASAP).
  • ⏳ Durée : Contract de consultance 12 mois (renouvelable / opportunité d'internalisation possible).
  • 🏢 Lieu : Brabant Wallon (présence sur site requise).
