The SAP EAM & Service Management leverages SAP's powerful tools, including SAP Field Service Management (FSM), SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Customer Service (CS), SAP CRM Service, to streamline and optimize service operations for our clients.

Your Skills

• A minimum of three years' experience as an SAP functional consultant
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Service Management, SAP Customer Service (CS), SAP CRM Service and S/4HANA Service
• Experience with Solution Design & Configuration
• Configure the SAP service module for end-to-end field service processes:
• Service requests, service orders and service notifications
• Planning & dispatching of technicians, incl. planning board and auto scheduling
• On-site execution via the FSM mobile app, including smart forms and checklists
• Service confirmations and resource-related billing
• In-house repair, warranty and returns handling
• Design integration touchpoints with SAP S/4HANA and other core modules
• Experience with Implementation & Testing
• Prepare functional design documents
• Support go-live activities
• Provide hypercare and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and change requests
• You have SAP CS, CRM Service or S/4HANA Service experience; SAP S/4HANA & SAP FSM knowledge is a strong plus
• You have strong analytical skills

Your Core Responsibilities

• Translate the client's business requirements into SAP field service processes, from request to billing
• Analyse the end-to-end service process, identifying areas for optimization and improvement, in co-creation with the client
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions within the SAP Service module
• Configure and customize SAP field service settings to align with business needs and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems, in particular SAP S/4HANA
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP field service functionality and best practices
• Monitor and evaluate service and technician planning metrics to drive efficiency and cost savings
