Why now

We signed 250+ events without ever reaching out. Imagine what happens when we do. No playbook, no brand work, no outreach. You'd be starting from a blank page with a product that already sells.

What you'll do

Half of it is building the voice. Half is bringing in leads. Both matter, and at our size the same person does both.

  • Own the story. Positioning, messaging, the words that make an event marketer immediately get why this matters.
  • Build the content engine. Founder-led content, customer stories, industry commentary, awards, lists. Make Exhibitly the name people mention when they talk about AI in events.
  • Scale inbound. SEO, GEO, email, partnerships, paid. Turn what we know about thousands of events into pages people find, use, and share.
  • Find and build the loops. Our product touches thousands of end users daily. Shareable content, referral triggers, network effects. Every interaction is a lever.
  • Run outbound. Small market, big budgets per account, so we send 50 messages a week, not 5,000. Volume tactics are out. Every message has to earn its reply.
  • Own the number. Triple our qualified demos within six months. That's yours. If we point you at something that gets in the way, push back.

Who you are

Years of experience doesn't matter. We care what you've shipped.

  • You write, and your taste is sharp. Anyone can generate 100 mediocre drafts in a minute. Knowing which one is good is the job.
  • Creative first, analytical always. Getting inside a marketing manager's head and working out what makes them stop, then knowing whether it worked.
  • AI-native. Non-negotiable. You'll get a $200/month Claude subscription and it'll be your closest colleague. Drafting, research, prototyping, analysis. One person with the right setup outproduces four without it.
  • You're comfortable with chaos. Context switching is part of the job. There's no team to hand things to. You'll jump between brand, outbound, content and analysis, often in the same day, and still finish what you started.
  • You ship and own the outcome. Publish Tuesday, learn something Wednesday, improve Thursday. No briefing, no chasing. We want to hear "don't worry, I've got this," then see it happen.
  • You experiment. Boilerplate templates bore you. The best idea might not be a message at all. It might be sending a cake, an award, or a list nobody has made yet.
  • You move faaaast. A week is a long time here.
