Onze opdrachtgever, Remi Tack en Zoon BV, is gespecialiseerd in het herconditioneren en recycleren van industriële kunststof verpakkingen voornamelijk IBC's en HDPE vaten.

In de vestiging in Estaimpuis zorgen een team van 50 medewerkers voor het ophalen, reinigen, herstellen, keuren en leveren van de tweedehands verpakkingen. Bij de niet reinigbare verpakkingen worden onderdelen vervangen en hergebruikt of ze worden volledig gerecycleerd.

Remi Tack is één van de meer dan 80 bedrijven uit de Schütz Group, een gereputeerde wereldspeler in actief in industriële verpakkingen.

Gelet op de verdere groei van de onderneming, zoeken ze versterking met een (M/V/X) Administrative Officer.

OVER DE FUNCTIE

Als Administrative Officer ben je een belangrijke administratieve schakel. Je rapporteert aan de Finance en HR Manager.

Concreet is jouw takenpakket:

  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking door een brede waaier aan administratieve taken nauwkeurig en efficiënt uit te voeren. Dit houdt in hoofdzaak rapporteren in. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat processen vlot verlopen en gegevens correct worden verwerkt.
  • Op termijn is jouw takenpakket uitbreidbaar na een positieve evaluatie.

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Je behaalde minimum een bachelordiploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig Frans en Nederlands (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk), en hebt een goede kennis Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en MS Excel. Ervaring met ERP (Business Central) is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van Business Central is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent een doorzetter en kan je vlot aanpassen.
  • Je hebt sterke rapporteringsvaardigheden.
  • Je werkt efficiënt en haalt deadlines.
  • Je ben in staat om autonoom aan de slag te gaan en ook om in team te werken.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt snel nieuwe zaken op.
  • Er kan gerekend worden op jouw discretie.
