About the Company

BraveHub is based in Mechelen and offers a hybrid work environment with a mix of on-site work and the option to work from home. The Business Manager is expected to uphold BraveHub’s standards, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to long-term business planning.


About the Role

This full-time Business Manager role at BraveHub is a hybrid position based in Mechelen, with a mix of on-site work and the option to work from home. The Business Manager oversees daily operations, ensures efficient processes, and supports strategic initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional projects, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and optimizing resources. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and forecasts, and implementing improvements that support sustainable growth.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Monitor performance metrics.
  • Manage budgets and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a business management, operations, or coordination role is highly beneficial.


Required Skills

  • Strong business operations and project management skills to oversee daily activities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning to support sustainable growth.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities for working with diverse teams and partners.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with planning tools, productivity software, and basic digital platforms used for business management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Mechelen with remote work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.


Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a business management, operations, or coordination role is highly beneficial.
