Territory Sales Manager – Neurovascular
Established Search is proud to be partnering with a leading and rapidly growing medical device company to recruit a Territory Sales Manager to support its expanding vascular business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device sales professional to join a market leader in vascular, developing and commercialising innovative technologies across the vascular and interventional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with interventional neuroradiologists, vascular/neurosurgeons, neurovascular teams and key hospital stakeholders.
• Support the introduction and adoption of innovative vascular technologies within key accounts.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, ensuring customers receive a high level of product and case support.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts and expand market penetration across the territory.
• Work closely with Clinical, Marketing and Commercial teams to support customer education, training and product adoption.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven sales experience within the medical device industry, ideally across vascular, neurovascular, stroke or other interventional technologies.
✔ Strong existing relationships with physicians and hospital accounts.
✔ Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Experience providing in-procedure clinical support and working directly within the hospital environment.
✔ Commercially driven, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously across a defined territory.
✔ Strong communication, relationship-building and account management skills.
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant medical device sales experience.
