YOUR ROLE AS A FRONT OFFICE INTERN

As a Front Office Intern you will play a key role in delivering a warm and professional welcome to our guests. As one of the first points of contact you will support the check in and check-out process issue room keys process payments and assist guests with any questions or requests. Your attention to detail and guest-focused approach will help ensure a smooth and memorable stay for every guest at Sapphire House Antwerp.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

• Welcoming guests and visitors in a professional and hospitable manner

• Identifying and understanding guest needs and preferences

• Providing personalized assistance in line with hotel standards ensuring efficient and proactive service

• Monitoring guest flow in the lobby and adapting support accordingly

• Working closely with team members managers and other departments to ensure seamless service

• Handling guest feedback and reviews ensuring timely and appropriate follow up.

Job requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays as a hotel we operate 24/7

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities

• Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset

• A service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for quality and detail

• The ability to remain calm under pressure and adopt a proactive solution-driven approach.
