FRONT OFFICE MANAGER - Pestana Brussels Schuman
Pestana Brussels Schuman is looking for a Front Office Manager to join the team. Are you service orientated hardworking and do you love to work in the exciting hospitality branch Then we are looking for you!

What will you be doing:
Leading and motivating the front office team;
Handling guest check-in and check-out and all other related tasks involved;
Providing information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner to guests in person on the phone online etc.;
Ensuring that guests are having a good time;
Ensuring that all phone calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible;
Promptly handle guest requests within the appropriate department;
Giving guests the time of their lives
