At dear digital, our work does not stop when a project goes live. That is where ddCare begins: our dedicated support and care team for clients who run their business on Odoo. We are looking for an Odoo Support Consultant to join that team. You are the person our clients call when something does not work the way it should, when they need a change to their setup, or when they want to get more out of the system they already have.

What will you be doing?

• Own incoming tickets from our Odoo clients from first question to closed: understand what they are really asking, reproduce the issue, find the root cause and solve it.
• Dig into the system yourself, functionally and technically. You read the data model, check the logs, follow the configuration and are not afraid to open the code to understand what is happening.
• Use AI as part of your daily toolkit: to investigate faster, to draft and verify solutions, to document what you find. We expect you to actively look for ways to make yourself and the team faster with it.
• Sync with a developer or solution architect on the complex cases. Knowing when to solve it yourself and when to pull someone in is part of the craft.
• Keep clients informed in clear language: what happened, why, what you did, and what they should watch out for. No ERP jargon.
• Spot the patterns across tickets and turn recurring issues into structural fixes, better documentation or a concrete improvement proposal for the client.
• Build real relationships with the key users at your clients. After go-live, you are the familiar voice they trust.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in ERP, customer support or development.
• You are technically curious: you enjoy digging into a system until you understand exactly why it behaves the way it does.
• You are a strong communicator: you can explain the same technical cause to a warehouse manager and to a CFO, and both walk away understanding it.
• You get real satisfaction from helping a client fast. A ticket solved well is your win of the day.
• You are structured: you document, you follow up, nothing slips through.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.

Bonus points if you:

• Have hands-on experience with Odoo, in any version.
• Can read or write Python, SQL or XML.
• Know retail, e-commerce, wholesale or manufacturing processes.
• Have worked in a ticket-driven or SLA-driven support environment.
