Quality and Technology Leader

HS Hyosung Corporation, founded in 1957, is a Korean Conglomerate which operates worldwide in various fields, including textile, chemicals and industrial industry. HS Hyosung is a leading company in tire cords, carbon fibers, aramid, seat belts, airbags, and car interiors. Role Overview The Q-Tech Leader leads the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and ISO standards. The role drives a culture of quality and operational excellence while leading and developing the quality team. Area of responsibility: HS Hyosung Luxembourg S.A. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and company standards Lead, coach, and develop the quality team to achieve performance and quality objectives Ensure product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external audits and certifications Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Manage non-conformities, lead root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective actions Drive and manage new products development and industrialization to meet customer requirements Promote continuous improvement initiatives across departments Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, IT, etc.) to achieve quality objectives Conduct risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA, control plans) across the production cycle Monitor Quality Key Performance Indicators and support management decision-making through data-driven insights Ensure supplier quality for raw materials Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and product specifications Represent the company during customer visits, audits, and technical reviews Education & Experience Master degree in Engineering Sciences, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE, or in process and continuous improvement, preferably in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard is an asset Skills Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong sense of responsibility Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a dynamic industrial environment Demonstrated leadership...
