Dans le cadre de notre solution logicielle ERP , nous recherchons un(e) Functional Service Consultant Logistics . Vous êtes responsable du support et de l’implémentation des solutions ERP dans le domaine logistique. Vous intervenez en tant qu’expert fonctionnel auprès des clients, des équipes de Service internes et des Business Consultants, et veillez à la qualité, au bon fonctionnement et à la gouvernance du module Logistics au sein de l’environnement ERP. Vous garantissez une prestation de service optimale et assurez une traduction fluide des besoins métier en solutions fonctionnelles.
Vous intervenez en tant que spécialiste fonctionnel ERP Logistics.
Vous analysez et évaluez les besoins des clients afin de proposer des solutions efficaces et orientées client.
Vous élaborez des analyses fonctionnelles en soutien au développement et à l’implémentation.
Vous organisez et accompagnez les tests d’intégration fonctionnels.
Vous traitez et assurez le suivi des questions fonctionnelles (complexes) et des incidents.
Vous dispensez des formations aux key-users et aux utilisateurs finaux.
Vous contribuez à la gouvernance du template du module Logistics.
Vous assurez une documentation correcte et à jour.
Vous entretenez des relations durables avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes.
Vous contribuez à l’optimisation des processus financiers end-to-end.
Vous avez un bachelier ou un master, de préférence en informatique.
Vous disposez d’une solide connaissance des processus logistiques et des systèmes ERP.
Vous avez déjà une expérience avec S/4 HANA.
Une affinité avec le secteur hospitalier constitue un atout important.
Vous avez une expérience en analyse fonctionnelle, support et/ou implémentations.
Vous possédez de fortes compétences en communication et une orientation client marquée.
Vous êtes analytique, structuré(e) et orienté(e) solutions.
Vous aimez travailler en équipe, tout en étant capable de travailler de manière autonome.
Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais.
